Dina is the Founder, CEO, and thought leader for MedDev Soft. With decades of experience in the Medical Device and Digital health industry, her expertise goes beyond software and regulation. Combining creativity and curiosity, Dina works with clients as well as team members to develop Digital Health software which is practical, viable, and exceeds international quality standards.

Beginning with Phillips Medical in 1999, Dina has a passion for Medical Software and has worked with some of today’s largest Digital Health companies, keeping MedDev Soft on the pulse of the Medical Device industry.

Together with a team of software engineers, Dina assists companies from Startups to Enterprises who are looking for a partner in developing high-quality software and medical systems. She prides herself on completing projects within budget and on schedule, without sacrificing integrity.

In addition to earning an ME in Bio-Medical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Dina holds an MA in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Haifa- Haifa, Israel where she researched and completed a thesis in medical image processing on automatic identification of lung tumors.
