Silvian Shama holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, a post-doctorate at the Louisiana State University Medical Center in New-Orleans, LA. Holds a Certificate in Business Administration (MBA) from the Bloomfield College for Administration and Management.
Prior to joining Gsap Silvian filled the following positions:

• Marketing and Sales manager at Kalia Biotech – a contract provider of GMP certified bio/cryo-storage and cell-based assay development for Israeli customers;
• Business Development Manager of the Sigma-Aldrich cGMP API contract manufacturing plant in Jerusalem, where he was also participated in the facility design and launch. The plant serviced mainly global international pharma corporations;
• Biotechnology production head of the Sigma-Aldrich ISO 9001 plant in Jerusalem.
  Silvian is experienced in establishment of sustained relationships between parties in the Pharmaceutical industry, through provision of cost effective tailored services satisfying and integrating the scientific, operational, quality and regulatory needs.
