Matti Hoggeg, M.Sc.

Head of Gsap CRO

Matti Hoggeg holds an M.Sc. in Animal science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has been working in clinical research since 2006.
Matti brings solid experience in management and execution of clinical studies. Since 2017 Matti has been dedicated to managing and developing the CRO at Gsap. Bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience, Matti invested in building infrastructure for planning and executing clinical trials including implementation of systems (i.e. CTMS, eTMF, eDC) processes and collaborations. The Clinical section’s capabilities include end to end trial management: study design and planning, medical writing (i.e. synopsis, protocol, CSR, reports) submissions, monitoring, data management, statistical planning and analysis.
Prior to joining Gsap, Matti held a variety of clinical management positions managing multiple clinical trials, from set-up to closure. This involved creative problem solving, risks mitigation, management of different challenges (i.e. recruitment, drug supply, quality issues etc.) and working with different services providers, i.e. Lab, drug chain supply and data management.
