Lital worked for a company specializing in construction and property development for 7 years.  In her position she managed 9 active teams on the field, in addition to dozens of service managers and execution supervisors; as well as administrative, management, and supervision activities.  This role maximized Lital’s personal capabilities which began to blossom in the Army under the Golani Division where she was a logistics coordinator.  Today Lital is an administrative and training coordinator at Gstudy.

Lital leads the sales and marketing of the training field, She is responsible for continuous contact with the company's customers according to the characterization of the products and the customer's needs and Leading and day-to-day operation of public courses and internal organizations in our clientele.
