Eden Katz holds a MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in human resources from the University of Haifa and a bachelor's degree in human services and human development consulting.
Prior to joining Gsap, Eden worked in the restaurant business, she ran two family-owned franchise restaurants. As part of this work, the two restaurants in parallel in the field of human resources included screening, recruiting, training, welfare and also responsibility for the direct management of all employees in restaurants.
Today, Eden works in the human resources department of the company and is responsible for a variety of areas and activities of the department, including recruitment, welfare, training, training development and more.
