Tamar holds a bachelor degree B.Sc. in Life Science from Ben-Gurion University and a master degree in Life Science, with internship in Ecology and Genetics from Ben-Gurion University and Mitrani Department of Desert Ecology (MDDE).

Before joining Gsap, Tamar had 3 years of experience as an assistant manager of GILAT extension service and research center Laboratory, which meets the requirements of ISO 17025. Tamar's experience includes preparing the lab for internal and external audits, developing lab methods according to the standards and approving the results before sending to the client.

As part of Tamar's experience in Gsap, she worked as a QA coordinator in Dead Sea Works. Within the scope of her duties, she has experience in all aspects of GMP: complaints, CAPA, deviations, investigations, batch release, conducting audits, preparing for health ministry audits, writing SOPs, exc.

Currently, in her position at Gsap, Tamar is leading and participating in projects within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
